the worst dentist office I've ever been in, got a cleaning and my insurance was going to cover it and i got billed twice for there lack of putting it through the insurance. then i got a root and planning and scaling done and told me i had to pay 200 and the insurance would cover the rest. the insurance asked for proof that i needed it after i got the process done and the insurance claimed i never needed it. this was a on going battle for 9 months and i had to pay out of pocket. Got lucky and they gave me 20 percent off but still 500 dollars for something i never needed. Never ever again. I even wanted to take half the responsibility and pay half but since i signed the paper where it says if the insurance doesn't cover then i had to pay. when i asked the lady at the dentist after the process, why wouldn't my insurance cover it? while paying the 200 dollars. she told me not to worry about it and that my insurance will cover it.
