Erin is excellent!! I started looking for houses with her last April and I had a LOT of criteria. I was concerned that I was asking for too much but Erin assured me that we would not settle and we would find something I love. Throughout the whole process, she was always available for any questions or concerns I had and prompt with getting the answers. She is very personable and easy to talk to which made me comfortable discussing what I liked and disliked about each house. She would take this information into careful consideration for her next batch of recommendations. I really enjoyed the client portal she set up for me. It had a tab for all the houses that matched my criteria, houses she recommended, houses I saved, and ones I rejected. She had access as well and as soon as she saw I had some under my saved tab, she would set up a time for us to go look at them. Timing can be crucial in the housing market! The house I ended up falling in love with Erin spotted the day it came on the market and we were looking at it by that afternoon. Since we had looked at quite a few houses together, she had a very good understanding of what I wanted and knew that I needed to see this house. I got my bid in before anyone else and I am now happily living in it! The most complicated and confusing part of buying a house is of course the escrow process. She was very helpful in explaining all the paperwork and coordinating with the appropriate parties in a timely manner. The esigning she set up made things very easy and kept things moving even while I was out of town during part of the process. Over all I am very glad that I had Erin on my side through this exciting and slightly scary time. Buying a house is no small decision and she made sure I found something that was right for me, not just a house that worked so that she could make a sale. I would highly recommend her for anyone else getting ready to start this endeavor!!
