United States Postal Service at 950 Emerald Bay Road, South Lake Tahoe, California.

Every item I mail with any value in it (gift cards, books, toys) gets undelivered and lost by this post office. My most recent mailing was returned undeliverable yet UPS delivers to the address and there are mailboxes up and down the street. The address has been used before and items delivered there, but not this week. The local worthless post office sent it all the way back to Houston Texas with $12 of postage wasted. Use UPS. Save your money. Don't waste it on the thieves at South Lake Tahoe's post office.
